The FMC150 is a hard-wired 4G tracker with a CAN reader built in, so it needs no separate CAN adapter. It connects over 4G (LTE Cat 1) and uses 2G where there is no 4G.
On vehicles that Teltonika lists as supported, it can read data from the vehicle's CAN bus, such as fuel level, total fuel consumption, distance driven, engine speed and accelerator pedal position. Support is checked vehicle by vehicle, so ask us before you order and we will check your vehicles against the manufacturer's list.
It connects to the vehicle's power (10–30 V DC) and has an integrated backup battery. It is rated IP41, so mount it dry, inside the vehicle.
