Why is telematics needed?
Telematics technologies show excellent growth rates (20% -40% per year) and most importantly, thanks to their flexible architecture, it is possible for devices that exploit these technologies to be parameterized for any need for remote control. With the adoption of the systems, the direct consequence is the sharp reduction in costs in terms of maintenance, diagnosis and monitoring of vehicles. Additionally, direct benefit arises in vehicle management as the processing of the information collected helps to optimize vehicle use / routes, saves fuel (and thus cuts fuel costs) and reduces pollutants.What about downtime?
We notify our customers in advance, by email, of any maintenance which we expect to cause downtime. We also schedule these updates during a time when it will impact the least amount of customers. There are times, however, when emergency repair and security fixes need to be done immediately. Due to the nature of this situation, it is not in anyone's best interest to delay action.How long should my order take to arrive?
Short answer: Within 7 business days. Before we ship an order, we make sure that everything is configured correctly and works fine! We usually ship the device after 3 or 4 business day. The online account for our web application is pre configured by our team and is linked to your devices.
Do you support Android/iOS Application ?
Although we only support android mobile app, we strongly recommend using our web application via browser to access all the specialized functions.
